ABOUT EMILY

 

Childhood days spent with my mum and grandmother in the kitchen has instilled in me a love for the everyday romance found in great baking.

 

In 2017 I completed my Diploma in Hospitality and my Certificate III in Patisserie and was awarded Patisserie student of the year at the Apprentice Chef of the Year Awards.

 

My favourite dessert would have to be a traditional Black Forest Cake.
